Chomp is an app that let you discover apps for both iOS and Android platform. It finds you apps that you've never known of. The nice thing about Chomp is it presents apps' screenshots on your phone with almost full screen images so the browsing experience is better. On an iPhone, Chomp's home screen shows you a "Free Apps of the Day" section.

I used App Deals before I discovered Chomp. Chomp is expected to work its way into iTune over time as the result of acquisition, while App Deals by Appsfire remains independent.
